ORDER

The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.

The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.

The claimants are duly present along with engaged counsel.

It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 1,03,000/- (Rupees one lakh three thousand) only and the Insurance Company has already deposited the said amount, which is still laying before the learned Tribunal.

Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an additional amount of Rs. 6,47,000/- (Rupees six lakhs forty seven thousand) only as full and final settlement. Page No.# 3/3

Accordingly, the respondent/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 6,47,000/- (Rupees six lakhs forty seven thousand) only before the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kamrup, Guwahati within a period of 1 (one) month from today and the claimant No. 1-Lakhimi Das, on behalf of all the claimants, will be at liberty to withdraw the same, along with the earlier deposited amount of Rs. 1,03,000/- (Rupees one lakh three thousand) only, on being deposited by the Insurance Company before the learned Tribunal.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms above.
