¶1Heard Mr. D. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has already been laid bearing Charge-sheet No. 233/2024 dated 27.11.2024. Page No.# 2/2

¶2In view of the fact of the laying of the charge-sheet, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may pray for regular bail there, if so advised.
