¶1Heard learned counsel Mr. F. Haque for the appellant Motibur Rahman and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. K. K. Das, Assam for the respondent State. Page No.# 2/2

¶2The applicant has preferred a Criminal Petition No. 1068/2024, passed by the Hon'ble High Court to recall the NBWA issued by the Trial Court in PRC Case No. 1254/2022. It is submitted that the father's name and the address of the applicant was wrongly written in the Cause-title as " Ismail Hussain of Village, Rajabari, P. S. - Batadrawa" instead of father's name as "Md Jaher Ali of Village, Saru Radha Ati. In the order dated 30.09.2024, the petitioner has prayed for rectification of the order.

¶3Heard both sides.

¶4The order dated 30.09.2024, in Criminal Petition No. 1068/2024, may be corrected and the father' name of the petitioner may be typed Md Jaher Ali of Village, Saru Radha Ati. In terms of the above observation, petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
