ORDER Date : 01.04.2024 Heard Mr. J.C. Gaur, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A. Ganguly, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 105 days in preferring the Regular First Appeal. Mr. Ganguly has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the delay in preferring the connected appeal stands condoned. The learned counsel of both sides submitted that the connected RFA should be listed for mediation. Accordingly, the connected RFA shall be registered and listed for mediation on 6th of May, 2024. With the aforesaid direction, the IA stands disposed off.
