The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.A. Ahmed learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have Page No.# 3/3 instructions to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum seeking damages and compensation against the respondents. This court is also of the view that since the matter do not involve any inquiry or death to person out of the alleged fire which had burnt down the houses of the petitioners, this writ petition may not be maintainable. Be that as it may, as the petitioners have prayed for withdrawal with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for seeking redressal of their claim including damages and compensation, the present writ petition stands closed with liberty as prayed for.
