¶3This Court had issued notice on 08.08.2014.

¶4From a perusal of the writ petition, it reveals more particularly from Annexure-1 (series) which are the orders of requisition as well as release order by which the Petitioner's vehicles were requisitioned and the Petitioner claims his entitlement of an amount of Rs.2,83,910/ as requisition hire charges.

¶5The Respondent No.3 had filed an Affidavit-in-Opposition wherein it has Page No.# 3/6 been mentioned that out of the eight numbers of bills reference to which have been made in the instant writ petition, four bills have already been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Dima Hasao District for making payment vide a communication bearing No.NCH/N-923/2010-11/2302 dated 23.07.2012 amounting to Rs.1,39,650/-. The said communication which was sent to the Superintendent of Police, Dima Hasao District, as referred to hereinabove has been enclosed as Annexure-1 to the said affidavit filed by the Respondent No.3.

¶6It is also seen that the Respondent No.4 had also filed an Affidavit-in-Opposition. In the said Affidavit-in-Opposition, more particularly at paragraph No.5, it was mentioned by the Respondent No.4 that the vehicle bearing Registration Nos. It was further mentioned that the Deputy Commissioner, NC Hills, Haflong forwarded the bills with the photocopy of the Requisition Forms of vehicle bearing Registration No.AS-01-Z-4034 to the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Dima Hasao on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on 23.07.2012 i.e. after 4 (four) years Page No.# 4/6 vide letter No.NCH/N-923/2010-11/2302 dated 23.07.2012.
