Madrassa, Gouripur, District-Dhubri for creation of a post of Tutor (Science) against the said M.E. Madrassa so as to consider the case of the petitioner of provincialisation of his service as a Tutor. As such, the sole contemnor, i.e., the Director of Elementary Education, Assam being the Chairman of the State Level Scrutiny Committee has complied with the order dated
