Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state/respondent submits that in this case police has submitted charge sheet against the petitioner being Charge Sheet No.48/2024 dated 30.10.2024.

¶2I have also heard Mr. G. Chamuah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶3Since police has filed charge sheet against the petitioner, he is directed to approach the learned trial court for seeking regular bail. On his appearance, the learned trial court shall Page No.# 2/2 consider his bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law.
