O R D E R
19.11.2024
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition relates to the challenge to a transfer order. However, as the transfer order was given effect to long time back, nothing further remains in the instant writ petition.
¶2I have also heard Ms. M. D. Borah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Transport Department of Assam who submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
¶3Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed as it has become infructuous.
¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
