Judgment

O R D E R

22.03.2024 None has appeared on behalf of the applicant on call.

¶2The record further reveals that on 18.02.2020, it was duly informed to this Court by the counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant that the respondent Nos.6, 7 & 10 had reportedly expired for which there was a necessity of filing an application for substitution of the legal representatives. Page No.# 2/2 The Office Note dated 02.03.2024 reveals that there has been no application filed for substitution of the legal representatives.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant application stands abated in view of the death of the respondent Nos.6, 7 & 10, more so in view of the fact that the order passed by the learned Executing Court in exercise of the power under Order XXI Rule 97 and 101 of the CPC was an inseverable decree.

¶4In view of the above, the instant I.A. therefore stands abated and closed.
