Heard Mr. M.H. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner and Mr. J.M.A. Choudhury, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf the Cooperation Department.

¶2This is an application filed by the applicants herein who are the share holders of a Society in the name and style of Lochanabori Somobai Sammitee Limited. It is the specific case of the applicants that they had filed an application before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies against the reinstatement of the petitioner and on the basis of the said application the order was passed which is impugned in the instant proceedings.

¶3Mr. J.M.A. Choudhury, the learned Standing Counsel, Cooperation Department did not object to the said aspect of the matter.

¶4Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the applicants herein are necessary parties to the accompanying writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the applicant Nos. 1 to 5 are impleaded as the respondent Nos. 7 to 11 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶6Mr. J.M.A. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Page No.# 4/4 petitioners is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and on the basis thereof, the Registry shall make necessary changes in the Cause Title of the accompanying writ petition and also update the same in the CIS.
