ORDER
13.11.2024
Heard Mr. S Islam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. R R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. The petitioner filed AB No. 2584/2024. According to Mr. Islam, in that application, the Moirabari P.S. Case No. 119/2024 has been inadvertently mentioned as Moirabari P.S. Case No. 115/2024 instead of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 119/2024. Therefore, Mr. Islam has prayed for correction of the aforesaid errors. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the prayer of Mr. Islam is allowed. Accordingly, in AB No. 2584/2024, the Moirabari P.S. Case No. 115/2024 shall be read as Moirabari P.S. Case No. 119/2024. This order shall form a part of the AB No. 2584/2024. Further, the petitioners Abdul Matleb and Mrs. Aaher Banu shall now appear before the Investigating Officer within 7 (seven) days from today. The IA (Crl) stands disposed of.
