12.01.2024 This Court vide an order dated 03.01.2024 had sought for instructions as regards the status of Tamulppur P.S. Case No.244/2016, registered under Sections 420/468/34 of the IPC.

¶2Today, Mr. J. Handique, the learned counsel for the respondents has submitted an instruction issued by the Superintendent of Police, Tamulpur wherein it has been mentioned that the investigation in respect to Tamulppur P.S. Case No.244/2016 had already been completed and two persons, namely, Hareswar Narary and Retua Siruwal have been charge sheeted vide charge sheet No.28/2018 dated 28.02.2018.

¶3The said instruction is kept on record and marked with the later "X".

¶4Taking into account the above, the petitioner herein is given the liberty to approach the appropriate Court, if so advised.

¶5In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
