It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Pension Payment Order (PPO) has been generated and forwarded to the Treasury Officer, Jorhat. Copy of the said communication has been furnished to the petitioner and he placed the same before the Court. Copy of the same be retained in the case record. Since the prayer of the writ petitioner has been redressed, no further claim arises in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Interim order(s) if any, stands vacated.
