ORDER

08.01.2024 Heard Mr. B. Borgohain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Bipul Deori was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, by order dated 13.10.2023 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the Investigating Officer has already laid the charge-sheet being C.S. No. 57/2023 dated 31.10.2023. In view of the laying of the charge-sheet in this case as well as considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above named petitioner, by this Court, by order dated 13.10.2023 is hereby made absolute with the condition attached thereto. With the above observation, this bail application is hereby disposed of.
