ORDER 13-11-2024 Heard Ms. P Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2By this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Barwel Lyngdoh, son of Hampyra Lapasam, resident of village-Sohkymphor, P.S.-Khiehriat, East Jayantia Hills, Meghalaya is seeking bail in Bazarichera Police Station Case No. 32/2024 Page No.# 2/2 registered under Sections 22(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 corresponding to G.R. No. 313/2024.

¶3During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. S H Bora, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Bazarichera Case No. 32/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 36 dated 28.03.2024.

¶4In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Bazarichera Case No. 32/2024.

¶5Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
