Ltd. is directed to deposit the said amount i.e. Rs. 2,50,000/- to the appellant No. 1 in her savings account through NEFT. The appellant No. 1 is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. Statutory deposit, if any, be returned back. In view of above, the appeal is disposed of. Send back the trial court record.
