By way of filing the present interlocutory application, the applicant/writ petitioner seeks correction of a typographical error occasioned at Paragraph 2 of the order dated 23.06.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.663/2023. In the said order at Paragraph 2, the replying authority Shri Abdullah Hazarika was denoted as Secretary, Pavakati (M) Gaon Panchayat, whereas he ought to have been denoted as Secretary, Kuranibori Gaon Panchayat. On perusal of the order dated 23.06.2023, it is seen that this Court had finally directed the respondent Nos.3 & 5 to take necessary steps to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner. The respondent Nos.3 & 5 are the authorities of Kuranibori Gaon Panchayat. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and the authority "Shri Abdullah Hazarika, Secretary, Pavakati (M) Gaon Panchayat" be read as "Shri Abdullah Hazarika, Secretary, Kuranibori Gaon Panchayat". The order dated 23.06.2023 passed in WP(C) No.663/2023 be read along with the order passed today in the present interlocutory application.
