ORDER Date : 04.03.2024 From a perusal of the proceedings, more particularly the Interlocutory Application as well as the accompanying Arbitration Application shows that an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the award dated 09.01.2021 has been filed before this Court.

¶2This Court is not the Court within the meaning of Section 2 (e) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and as such, the appellant/the applicant is required to take recourse in a proceedings before the appropriate Court, if otherwise permissible under the law.

¶3Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion that the entire proceedings are misconceived before this Court for which all the proceedings stand dismissed on the ground of maintainability.
