12.12.2024 No representation on behalf of the petitioner on call, though name of one counsel for the petitioner has been reflected in the cause list. 2) Heard Mr. M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 3) The petitioner, namely, Md Ramjan Ali, Son of Late Abdul Matin, resident of village Bashbera, Police Station-Missamari, District-Sonitpur, has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, praying for his bail in Rangapara Police Station Case No. 38/2024, Page No.# 2/2 registered under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, corresponding to G.R. No. 486/2024, wherein, he was arrested on 01.06.2024 and is in custody since then. 4) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has submitted charge-sheet in said Rangapara P.S. Case No. 38/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 46/2024 dated 30.09.2024. 5) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Rangapara P.S. Case No. 38/2024. 6) With the above observation and direction, this bail application stands closed.
