ORDER Date : 22-03-2024 Mr. A.J. Saikia, learned counsel for the appellant prays to allow him to withdraw the appeal as he has instructions to withdraw this appeal. Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondents is also present and he has no objection. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed on withdrawal. The appellant shall deposit the awarded compensation amount along with the interest @ of 6% before the learned Tribunal within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order and on such deposit being made, the opposite party/claimants shall be allowed to withdraw the same on proper verification and identification by their engaged counsel. The statutory deposit, if any, shall be refunded to the appellant. Appeal is disposed of. Return the LCR immediately.
