ORDER Date : 03-10-2024 Heard Mr. H.R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. By filing this application under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the alleged willful disobedience and deliberate violation of the common order dated 07.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) no. 1688/2021. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the meantime, the order of this Court dated 07.06.2022 has been complied by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
