This is an application under Section 151 read with Order XLI Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 praying for modification/alteration/change of the address of respondent No. 3, The Container Corporation of India Ltd. in MFA No. 195/2021.

It is submitted by Ms. N. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, that as per order of the Lawazima Court dated 06.10.2023, passed in the connected MFA No. 195/2021, the present interlocutory application has been filed for amending the Cause Title by reflecting the present address of the respondent No. 3.

In this context, Ms. D. Mahanta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Sharma, learned SC, NF Railway for respondent No. 2 and Ms. N. N. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, raised no objection. Page No.# 3/3

In view of above, the present interlocutory application is hereby allowed with a direction to the applicant to file the amended Cause Title in the connected appeal, being MFA No. 195/2021, by reflecting the present address of the respondent No. 3/the Container Corporation of India Ltd.
