It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 23,762/- (Rupees twenty three thousand seven hundred sixty two) only and after negotiation, both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an amount of Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand) only as full and final settlement.

Accordingly, the appellant/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand) only before the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tezpur within a period of 1

(one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same Page No.# 3/3 on being proper verification and identification.
