None has appeared for the petitioner on call. On the last date of listing also, it is seen that none had appeared for the petitioner on call. This Court on the last date of listing had directed the Registry to intimate the counsels about the listing of the matter. Accordingly, Registry had approached the learned counsels whose names are listed in the Cause-title for serving the copy of the order dated 23.11.2023, however, from the Office Note dated 11.06.2024, it is seen that neither the learned counsel nor, the concerned Advocate clerk had received the same.
