Mr. I. Chowdhury, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. B. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that in view of the communication dated 05.04.2024 as well as the Minutes dated 18.09.2024 which have been placed before this Court during the course of the hearing, the Petitioner would be well adviced to withdraw the instant writ petition and re-file by seeking appropriate reliefs.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, the withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not preclude the Petitioner to re-file by seeking appropriate reliefs on the basis of the communication dated 05.04.2024 as well as the Minutes dated 18.09.2024.

¶3The said documents being the communication dated 05.04.2024 and Page No.# 3/3 the Minutes dated 18.09.2024 are kept on record and marked with the letters "X" and "Y".
