Heard Mr. A.C. Borbora, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. R. Borbora, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking amendment in the WP(C) no.2209/2021. By filing this application the applicant seeks certain amendment in the WP(C) no.2209/2021. The following amendments are sought for "and Impugned Memorandum dated 26.11.2020 bearing No.LGB/Estt/PF/04/1510/4153 containing Article of Charges (Annexure-8)" in the prayer portion of petition immediately after the existing sentence, namely, "call for the records including the Attendance Registers and Duty Rosters in original and issue a Rule calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why a writ of certiorari shall not be issues declaring the impugned Office Order dated

27.012021 bearing No.LGB/Estt/DISP/2047/20/342 (Annexure-11) of appointing respondent no.3 as Presenting Officer" as well as a corresponding amendment made in the writ petition. Page No.# 3/3 Mr. K.
