ORDER 16-12-2024 Heard Shri S. Bora, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R. Gogoi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Ms. R. Baruah, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Shri P. Nayak, learned counsel for the Finance Department. Shri Bora, the learned counsel has submitted that while presenting the writ petition, the name of the petitioner no. 1 was inadvertently written as M/s Easter Enterprise which should have been M/s Eastern Enterprise. He submits that due to the error which had crept in inadvertently, in the order passed by this Court on

15.02.2023, the same error had appeared. He has also drawn the attention of this Court to the documents annexed to the writ petition (disposed of) wherein the name was reflected correctly. Upon perusal of the same and hearing of the parties, this Court clarifies that the name of the petitioner no. 1 which has been written as M/s Easter Enterprise should be read as M/s Eastern Enterprise. With the aforesaid observation, the IA stands disposed of. Let this order be read as a part of the order dated 15.02.2023.
