ORDER Date : 21 .02. 2024 Heard Ms. R. Deka, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. HRA Choudhury, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. BB Gogoi, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent is present. The learned Addl. PP has submitted that the police has already submitted charge sheet against the petitioners vide C.S. No. 333/2023 dated 30.11.2023 in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 288/2023 under Sections 341/ 326/ 307/ 379/34 IPC and the petitioners may appear before the trial court seeking regular bail. In this context, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner No. 2 is on interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated

15.11.2023 and her interim protection may be extended till her appearance before the trial Court. On perusal of the case diary and case record, it is seen that the accused/petitioner No. 1 was already arrested in connection with case and hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail has become infructuous. In view of the above, the accused/ petitioner No. 2 is hereby directed to appear before the trial court within 15 days from today with an appropriate bail application and in the event of filing such application, the learned trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. The interim bail order dated 15.11.2023 in respect of petitioner 2 is extended till the next 15 days from today. Page No.# 3/3 With the above direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
