Page No.# 2/2 In that view of the matter, the instant application stands disposed of by directing the applicant to appear before the learned court below by filing appropriate application seeking regular bail and in the event of such appearance seeking regular bail, the learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
