Page No.# 2/2 This is an application praying for releasing the deposited amount deposited by the insurance company on 11.11.2024. Learned counsel for the appellant/claimant prays to withdraw the deposited amount. The learned counsel for the insurance company has made no objection regarding the prayer of the applicant. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed to the Registry to release the deposited amount which was deposited by the insurance company, after proper verification and duly identification by their engaged counsel. With the above direction, the I/A stands disposed of accordingly.
