Judgment

ORDER Date : 12-01-2024

Heard Mr. T. Chutia, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. P.S.Lahkar, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. This Interlocutory application has been preferred by the applicant for correction of the number of the vehicle in the order dated 29.9.2023 in Crl. Pet. No. Page No.# 2/2 1010/2023. Mr. Chutia, submits that the present applicant has filed one petition seeking custody of a vehicle bearing registration No. AS-04-BC-7030. But inadvertently the number of the vehicle has been mentioned as AS-04-BC-7034 instead of AS-04-BC-7030. Having considered the submission of learned Advocates of both the parties and also considering the documents placed on record, this I.A stands allowed. Henceforth, the number of the vehicle bearing registration No. AS-04-BC-7034, as mentioned in the order dated 29.09.2023 shall be read as AS-04-BC-7030 for all purpose. In terms of above, this IA stands disposed of.
