No. 185/2023, registered under Section 379 of the IPC, relating to his commission Page No.# 2/2 of theft of a Pulsar NS160 Motorcycle bearing Chasis No. MD2B54DX3PCA07023 and Engine No. PDXCPA59558. 3) The applicant, as a petitioner, has filed the connected Bail Application No. 3568/2024. However, in the cause title of said Bail Application No. 3568/2024, instead of "Rijaul Islam", son of Late Abdul Malik, inadvertently the applicant's name was typed as "Riajul Islam", son of Late Abdul Malik. 4) By this application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for correction of his name as "Rijaul Islam", son of Late Abdul Malik by correcting the typographical error in the cause title of said Bail Application No. 3568/2024. 5) Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection in correcting the name of the petitioner in said Bail Application No. 3568/2024 as "Rijaul Islam" in place of "Riajul Islam", as reflected in the cause title of the said Bail Application. 6) From the perusal of the forwarding report dated 06.11.2024 Annexure-2 in said Bail Application No. 3568/2024, it is seen that "Rijaul Islam", son of Late Abdul Malik was arrested in said Howraghat P.S. Case No. 23/2023. 7) Considering the above, name of the petitioner in the connected Bail Application No. 3568/2024 be corrected as "Rijaul Islam, son of Late Abdul Malik" in place of "Riajul Islam son of Late Abdul Malik". 8) Registry shall accordingly do the needful. 9) With the above observations and directions, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
