ORDER
11.01.2024 Heard Mr. D. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Ms. M. Deka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.C. Keyal, for the respondent NCB. Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application is preferred by applicant for modification /correction of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Bail Appln. No.2905/2023. Mr. Baruah submits that while passing the order dated 17.10.2023, inadvertently, in paragraphs 1, 8, 9 and 12, this Court has recorded the designation of Mr. S.C. Keyal as the "standing counsel, DRI", instead of "standing counsel, NCB" and therefore, it is contended to make necessary correction of the same. Having heard the learned Advocates of both the parties, I have gone through the petition and the documents placed on record and it appears from the order dated
17.10.2023, that in paragraphs 1, 8, 9 and 12 of the said order the designation of Mr. S.C. Keyal has been mentioned as "standing counsel, DRI" instead of "standing counsel, NCB". Accordingly, it is provided that in the order dated 17.10.2023 in paragraphs 1, 8, 9 and 12, the designation of Mr. S.C. Keyal shall henceforth be read as "Standing Counsel, NCB" instead of "Standing Counsel, D.R.I." for all purposes. In terms of above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
