ORDER Date : 05.04.2024 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the Investigating Officer has laid the charge-sheet vide Charge-sheet No. 184/2023 dated 30.11.2023. It appears from the record that by order dated 21.11.2023, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail on certain conditions. As charge-sheet has been laid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 21.11.2023 Page No.# 2/2 is hereby made absolute with conditions Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
