It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle bearing Regd. No. As-09-AC-4190 wherefrom 35 nos. of cattle were recovered. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no knowledge regarding transportation of the cattle in his vehicle.
