ORDER Date : 09-03-2024 Claimant is present along with his counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.17,51,968/- as full and final. An amount of Rs.6,51,968/- has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant is directed to withdraw the same after proper verification and identification by his engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakhs only) to the claimant Suman Paul in his saving account through NEFT. The claimant is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record, if any. The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the insurance company. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
