ORDER Date : 09-03-2024 Claimant is present along with their counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented. The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.12,75,000/- ( Twelve Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.5,62,830/- (Five Lakhs Sixty Two Thousand and Eight Hundred and Thirty only ) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant No.1 is directed to withdraw the said amount after proper verification and duly identified by engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.07,12,170/- (Seven Lakhs Twelve Thousand One Hundred and Seventy only) to the claimant No.1 in his savings account through NEFT. The claimant No.1 is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record if any.
