The instant application has been filed by the Applicant seeking impleadment to the accompanying writ petition primarily on the ground that the Applicant has been affected by the purported illegal construction being carried out whereby the Applicant's access to the first floor have been blocked. It has also been submitted that the Applicant has also complained to the GMDA as regards the purported illegal construction beyond the approved plan by the Petitioner.

¶2Taking into account the above, it therefore transpires that the Applicant is a necessary party to the instant proceedings. Accordingly, this Court impleads the Applicant herein as the Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶3The learned counsel for the writ petitioner in the accompanying writ petition is directed to file an amended Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the order passed herein, the Registry is directed to Page No.# 3/3 make necessary changes in the Cause Title as well as update the same in the CIS.
