05.01.2024 o Heard Mr. R.K. Jain, learned counsel appearing for applicant. This application has been filed praying for correction of the Page No.# 2/2 typographical errors appearing in the judgment and order dated

05.10.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No.337/2021. In paragraph 2 of the said judgment and order, the date which is mentioned as 28.08.2025, should have been read as 28.08.2015. Similarly, in the paragraph 3 of the said judgment and order, the word 7% should have been 7.5% from the date of filing of the claim petition i.e. 07.01.2011 till final payment. This Court is of the opinion that the typographical errors have actually taken place. The typographical errors are corrected. Henceforth, the date

28.08.2025 appearing in paragraph 2 of the said judgment and order shall be read as 28.08.2015. Moreover, the word 7% per annum upon the said amount appearing in paragraph 3 of the said judgment and order, shall be read as 7.5% to be calculated from the date of filing of the application i.e. 07.01.2011 till final payment of the awarded amount.
