Heard Mr. H. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

¶2The applicants were granted anticipatory bail in connection with AB No.2183/2024 vide order dated 19.11.2024 in connection with Dhekiajuli P.S. Case No.135/2024 under Sections 190/190(2)/190(3)/ 118(2)/109/132/304/76 of BNSS, 2023. They were granted pre-arrest bail and were directed to appear before the I/O within 1 (one) week but as the order was not uploaded before 25.11.2024, the applicants were unable to appear before the I/O and has thus prayed for extension of time.

¶3The applicants are hereby directed to appear before the I/O in connection with the aforementioned case within 10 (ten) days from today.

¶4The terms and conditions granting bail to the applicants will remain the same.

¶5In paragraph No.8 of the order dated 19.11.2024, the name Page No.# 3/3 of the petitioner No.17, i.e. Kulsuma Khatun may be included in the aforementioned paragraph.

¶6The instant order shall also form a part of the order dated

19.11.2024 in AB No.2183/2024.

¶7With the above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
