Mr. J. Mangsuanhau, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, after arguing the matter for quite some time, on instructions, has submitted that he wants to withdraw this writ appeal. However, he seeks liberty for the appellants to move appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum challenging the validity of the Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty, as prayed for.
