Heard Mr. P. J. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state of Assam. This application has been filed praying for correction of a case number appearing in the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Bail Appln. No. 3118/2024. In the said order, it has been mentioned as Raha P.S. Case No. 11/2024, whereas it should have been Raha P.S. Case No. 102/2024. This Court is of the opinion that correction of the aforesaid case would not change the nature and character of the case. Therefore, the aforesaid error stands corrected. The case No. i.e. "Raha P.S., Case No. 11/2024" appearing in the order dated

25.10.2024 passed in Bail Appln. No. 3118/2024 shall be read as "Raha P.S. Case No. 102/2024". This order shall form a part of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Bail Appln. No. 3118/2024. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
