Judgment

O R D E R

19.01.2024 None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call.

¶2This Court has duly taken note of the order passed by the Lawazima Court on 15.09.2023 which reveals that the petitioner has not taken steps by way of dasti and filed an affidavit of service. Further to that, it also reveals that the petitioner was also not represented on the earlier occasions. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in the instant proceedings for which the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
