Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide C.S. No.458/2023 dated 30.11.2023 in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Chaygaon Police Station Case No.524/2023 registered under Sections 498(A)/307 IPC. In view of the above, this anticipatory bail application stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the jurisdictional court within 15 (fifteen) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim order dated

22.11.2023 shall continue for the next fifteen days from the date of this order or till the petitioner's appearance before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier. This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
