ORDER Date : 09.02.2024

Heard Mr. P.K. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S.H. Bora, learned APP for the State. Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner in connection with AB 3849/2023 praying for rectification of the inadvertent typographical mistake which has been crept in the cause-title as well as prayer portion of the said anticipatory bail application. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, the cause-title and paragraph 1 and 2 as well as in the prayer portion of the AB 3849/2023, the Silchar PS case number has been mentioned as 1687/2023 instead of 1678/2023 as the said mistake has crept due to typographical error. It is prayed that the same may be allowed to be rectified. The learned APP does not opposes the prayer. Hence, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner's prayer for rectification of the cause-title as well as prayer portion and paragraph 1 and 2 of the AB 3849/2023 by substituting Silchar PS Case No. 1687/2023 by 1678/2023 is hereby allowed. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. Let the AB 3849/2023 be listed again after rectification of the error. In the meanwhile interim order shall continue.
