ORDER

05.02.2024 Heard Mr A T Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr B B Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, Habibullah Amin @ Habibulla Amin, vide CS No. 4/2024, dated 10.01.2024, in connection with Mankachar PS Case No. 326/2023, under Page No.# 2/2 Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Court, as per law.

¶4Matter is closed.
