02.02.2024 Mr. B. Islam, learned counsel is present for the petitioner. Mr. D. Nath, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits on written instructions obtained from his clients that in compliance of the order of this Court a decision has been taken to subject the petitioner to interview by constituting an Interview Board and a notification for the purpose will be notified shortly. Ms. G. Bora, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent No.3. Since the department has agreed to redress the grievance of the petitioner by subjecting her to interview process as per the order passed by this Court, the order of this Court is deemed to be complied with. If for any reason, the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 does not materialise in future, it would be open for the petitioner to move this Court once again by filing appropriate petition. This Contempt Case stands closed.
