The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.11,14,820/- (Eleven Lakhs Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.9,14,820/- (Nine Lakhs Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant is directed to withdraw the same, if not withdrawn, after proper verification and duly identification by engaged counsel. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs only) to the claimant in his savings account through NEFT. The claimant is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
