19.01.2024 o I have heard the learned counsel Mr. N. Uddin appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/2 This is an application for extension of judgment and order dated

02.04.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No.358/2010. This Court directed the petitioner to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) only. The petitioner, now, says that because of miscommunication with his lawyer, he could not deposit the fine in the court till now. Hence, the petitioner prays for some more time to deposit the fine. The prayer is allowed. The petitioner shall pay the fine of ₹5,000/- in the court of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Goalpara in G.R. Case No.198/2005 within 15.02.2024. The warrant of arrest, in the meantime, if any, has been issued against the present petitioner namely-Sorhab Ali @ Sohrab Ali shall be recalled. The Interlocutory Application (Criminal) is disposed of.
